The Steering Committee of the Conference of Presidents of the Outermost Regions (CPRUP) held a bilateral meeting with the Director of the European Commission responsible for the Outermost Regions (ORs), Monika HENCSEY, and her team from the Outermost Region Unit. They came to the Canary Islands on the occasion of their participation in the events organised the first week of March 2023, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The meeting addressed, among other issues, the schedule and format of bilateral dialogues to be held throughout the year with OR regional authorities, as well as the organization of joint information sessions to disseminate European calls for proposals of particular interest to the outermost regions.
