The XXIII Conference of Presidents, which will take place in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria on November 22 and 23, will bring together the nine presidents of the ORs, and will also be attended by the King of Spain, the President of the European Commission , the European Commissioner for Regional Policy, the Vice-President of the European Parliament, as well as the representatives of the three Member States, France, Spain and Portugal.
