On February 6 and 7, the first meeting of the monitoring committee of the Conference of Presidents of the Outermost Regions, chaired by the Réunion Region, was held in face-to-face format in Brussels. Questions related to the events of the coming months were addressed, those relating to the renewal of European institutions but also those relating to the future of cohesion policy for the ORs. A meeting was also organized with OECD representatives responsible for developing recommendations to facilitate the participation of the ORs in EU horizontal programs.
